Nestled below the iconic Pomme d’Or, the Porter’s Store is a hotel hideaway with a cocktail menu inspired by the mishaps + magic of life in hospitality.

We invite you to the other side of the bar to muddle, mix, and shake your way through a hands-on cocktail masterclass. With a glass of bubbles to get the ball rolling, our master mixologists will then guide you through two cocktail recipes from our Twisted Classics collection before rounding things off with some perfect-for-sharing grazing platters with all the trimmings. Ready to shake things up? The experience for six guests includes:

• A welcome glass of bubbles per guest
• 2 Twisted cocktails per guests
• 3 Grazing platters with charcuterie & cheese, or plant-based alternatives with artisanal breads and all the trimmings. Gluten-free available.
